Under the provincial government’s law 251, « Développement f.i.SCIENCES » does not collect any personal information other than that necessary for the transmission of documents to its clients, or within the execution of a project required by a client2.

Here is the list of information collected:

  • Client Name
  • Contact Names
  • Client Addresses
  • Emails
  • Phone/Cell Numbers
  • Website
  • Social Media Pages
  • Any other information relevant and necessary to the execution of a project, and exclusively within it.

This information is collected on the client’s website and through a contact person duly authorized by the client, with the consent of said client. It is then saved in a unique computer software, owned by “Développement f.i.SCIENCES” (ERP/CRM) and hosted on our highly secure internal server.

The customer can request access, modification or deletion of his information, directly by phone during office hours, or by email, all available on our website.

The customer can at any time withdraw his consent to the collection of his information and request that all non-public information be deleted from our software, our security backups and on all other media/formats provided.

Customers who use or host software on our secure servers are solely responsible for the entry, use and retention of personal data collected on this software. « Développement f.i.SCIENCES » only undertakes to guarantee secure hosting, against all unauthorized access, by third parties, other than the customer who owns said data.
